The myHealth@myHands Knowledge Hub serves as a collaborative space designed to support the co-creation, refinement, and improvement of the myHealth@myHands services. It brings together a diverse community of stakeholder, including patients and citizens, healthcare professionals, technologists, researchers, and policymakers, to exchange insights, share expertise, and address knowledge gaps across sectors.

The Knowledge Hub Directory provides access to an extensive collection of resources spanning Patients & Citizens, Strategy & Value, Services & Workflows, Design & Usability, Technology & Data Systems, and Governance, Security & Ethics.

Our Community Forums offer dedicated spaces for dialogue and collaborative work. Stakeholders can engage in discussions, contribute perspectives, and work jointly to shape the project’s services in a transparent and inclusive manner.

Project Objectives

ENSURE

that EU citizens have secure online access to their medical records by 2030, fostering a seamless digital health experience.

EMPOWER

EU citizens to take control of their health data, enabling them to decide who can access it and, in turn, receive personalised health support.

INTEGRATE

existing infrastructures with MyHealth@EU services to further enhance seamless data flow across the EU.

ESTABLISH

a knowledge hub for sharing best practices and supporting collaborative health and care community-building.

DEVELOP

user-friendly, secure, and flexible digital health solutions through user-centred design, ensuring ease of use and convenient personal support.

ADDRESS

the challenge of fragmented data access to enable seamless and efficient healthcare delivery across EU member states.
